In Geneforge 2 You have the option of joining one of 4 factions or choosing to remain unaligned. Each faction has its own goals and motives and also each has its own quests and rewards that can only be accessed if you join them. This page has a walkthrough of each faction and lists all the quests. The quests are listed by the faction (or unaligned as the case may be) of the NPC that gives them.
